8. To organise both basic and special courses in the higher educa­
tion institutions in the sphere of the science on expertise.

9. To organise a competition on the development of a text-book and
training appliances on expertise.

10. To encourage a publication of the text-book and training appli­
ances in the plan of Publishing Houses.

11. To organise the training and re-training of the cadres of exper-
tologists and organisers of expertise.

12. To expand the relations with the foreign institutions specialized
in the expertise (a probation in the most earnest of them, organization of
joint research projects and centres).

13. To make an appeal to the editorial boards of leading scientific
and scientific-practical magazines to renew or to introduce sections, re­
lated to the publication of methodic and methodological materials on the
expertise.

When preliminarily summing up, it is possible to note, that the ex-
pertology has already arisen, and it is in the stage of defining its subject,
methods and status within the complex of the decision-making sciences.

Certainly, the expertise may be a ritual or screen, covering oneself,
while accepting an advantageous solution especially in the politics. But it
is necessary to overcome a ritual purpose of the expertise, which is still
happening to be met among its customers and experts. This method of
cognition and management should not be converted into a formal and
commonplace procedure.
